Location：

Tradesk is based primarily in Short Hills, New Jersey. We value flexible in-person work and the communication and collaboration you get from being around your teammates.

Main responsibilities：

1. Drive customer growth through a combination of data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences.

2. Lead market research on key verticals, competitors, and products/emerging tech, with emphasis on new insights generation and evolving trends. Search for new features to provide a seamless customer experience.

3. Analyze internal data and benchmark against competitors; Use data to understand trends in user behavior and product usage to influence strategy; Identify and prioritize growth opportunities.

4. Lead product ideation process including idea generation, prioritization, and implementation strategy. Think through detailed elements of a product experience.

5. Lead experimentation from designing tests to analyzing results in order to make data-driven launch decisions.

6. Collaborate across functions and provide business support to Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal.

7. Proactively identify strategic partnerships by conducting market research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of partnerships.

Requirements：

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- Solid market research skills. Ability to transform business intelligence into relevant insights.

- Innovative problem-solving skills and able to brainstorm with the product team; be able to break down complex problems into smaller ones and leverage data to make key decisions.

- We’ll need you to have the creativity, tenacity, and experience to drive effective communication with a global team.

- Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction to answer ambiguous open ended questions.

- Previous experience in fintech, crypto, or securities trading platform is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
