Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year
My client is looking for a creative and analytical Growth Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be familiar with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, and Paid Social with the goal of growing our new logo pipeline. You will work alongside a product Marketing Manager and content Marketing Manager to produce content for the website, blog articles, drip marketing, and sales materials to help inform our customer base.
You will play a fundamental role in the marketing strategy, managing budgets, and work closely with the Sales Team to refine campaigns and continue to grow the marketing-attributed pipeline. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Job Responsibilities:
Create measurable marketing strategies that drive revenue and increase brand awareness.
Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation program to create not only a quantity of leads, but also qualified leads meeting the business’s market segments
Drive strategy, plans, and performance of the various marketing initiatives and campaigns and make recommendations for optimizing
Find and address issues in the marketing funnel preventing new logo acquisition
Partner with the Sales and Rev Ops Teams to constantly improve processes that drive pipeline growth, including campaign management, targeted account strategies, and lead management/follow up
Manage budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets, and continually optimize campaigns to increase ROI
Coordinate campaigns across SEO, digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and other team member initiatives
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years as a SaaS B2B Marketer with a track record of growing revenue
5+ years of running Paid Search, Paid Social, and demand generation campaigns
Strong analytical skills to monitor the customer lifecycle
Excellence in Hubspot and Google Marketing Suite (Adwords, Analytics, Search Console)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple motions (B2B and B2C)
You are numbers driven, you understand the relationship between the metrics that drive success & you obsess over how to leverage improve the primary drivers
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You’re a natural people person, you know how to motivate & get the best out of those around you
Track record of hitting pipeline targets and generating revenue
Experience running campaigns across multiple channels including SEM, display, email, social and web
Up to 10% business travel may be required
