Growth And Community Outreach Coordinator

Dream Dinners Midlothian in Midlothian, VA is a meal prep business and we offer fully prepped breakfast, lunch, dinner, sides and desserts for our customers. We are looking for one growth and community outreach coordinator to join our team. We are located on 12006 Southshore Pointe Drive. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged. Position is self driving and candidate will set their own hours. Approximately 8-10 hours per week working from home or in the community to be devoted to community outreach and new guest acquisition.

Responsibilities

Generate New Guest Leads & Oversee In Store Events

Partnership & Fundraising opportunities

Social Media Experience and ability to use Canva to create engaging marketing material.

Community Outreach & Involvement

Identify and secure business to business partnerships

Identify and secure potential event and growth opportunities

Act as liaison for the community by helping to coordinate fundraising and auction

donation activities

Actively promote Dream Dinners brand and follow up with event/partnership leads

Work with the local Chamber of Commerce to coordinate marketing and promotional

opportunities through events, mailing lists, etc.

Attend networking events on behalf of Dream Dinners

Work directly with owner and sales manager.

Participate in all corporate office training and webinars.

Qualifications

• Must have own form of transportation
• Goal driven Self motivated
• Has a passion for helping others & understanding the benefit of family meals
• Experience with social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
• Comfortable with standard sales procedures, public speaking and collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Marketing or sales background a plus.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $16.00/hour.
