About the role:

The Growth Analytics Associate will measure and communicate the value proposition of Premise Health to current Premise clients and drive growth by expanding those client relationships. This position will be at the intersection of growth, operations, data analytics, and strategy and will have significant cross-functional visibility.

Job Requirements: 

• Works alongside internal and external stakeholders to understand the market, business goals, and driving future growth opportunities
• Takes lead on performing data-driven analysis (using EMR data, claims data, and third-party research) to produce critical insights and develop client-ready deliverables with limited oversight 
• Collaborates with Growth, Strategy, Operations, Client Reporting, Finance and others in the development and delivery of client pitches
• Develops coordinated campaign playbooks to upsell and cross-sell existing clients 
• Identifies desired results and provides an understanding of the opportunity or problem
• Works closely with key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of their business and needs to provide analysis and recommendations 
• Proactively and continuously identifies and takes action on opportunities to drive scale and improve effectiveness, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration
• Completes assigned tasks, ad hoc requests, projects in accordance with assigned timeframes and present analyses and findings to stakeholders
• Controls changes to the business case documentation and communicates with stakeholders using data and models to clarify and validate requirements
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously including the development, implementation, and support for assigned projects, making recommendations on prioritization as needed
• Publishes, distributes, and ensures alignment of analyses including expansion analyses and business cases and controls all changes, iterations, and versions
• Researches and provides recommendations to team and stakeholder leadership on critical business decisions
• Understands the business as a whole and takes ownership to become a partner in content generation and messaging, not simply an “order taker”
• May require other duties as assigned

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Quantitative field of study (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science, business, data analytics) preferred

Experience:

• 6+ years of full-time work experience required
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity / venture capital investment firm highly preferred
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Experience with business analytics, financial modeling, PowerPoint creation, and executive communication
• Experience being a self-starter and managing own deliverables (for example: planning, analyzing data, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals)
• Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Experience designing and implementing projects involving numerous stages and stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills:

• Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using functions and formulas, combining multiple datasets together, IF logic, financial modeling, and/or creating a pivot table)
• Experience with SQL, R, python preferred 
• Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: quickly formatting slides with keyboard shortcuts, translating insights into compelling visuals and stories)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to thrive in a large organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated analytical abilities, and the ability to work both independently and within teams
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Ability to choose the right communication channel depending on the problem to be solved
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and strong communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and produce compelling, client-facing deliverables, underpinned by the capacity to juggle multiple complex tasks while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail. 
• Comfortable providing structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Has a passion for healthcare, data analytics, financial modeling, product development, and business strategy.

For individuals living in California, Colorado, Washington; as well as, for individuals living in or reporting to New York State only, Premise Health is required to include an estimate of the salary and benefits for this role. While a number of factors influence salary, our estimated California, Colorado, Washington, and New York compensation is $80,000-130,000.
