The Group Leader, Advertising Sales & Account Management will be responsible for a team of 13 reports that will scale up over time. This role will be responsible for delivering on GTM strategy, filling and tracking pipeline, and bringing in advertising partners.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage advertising sales team to deliver on revenue targets inclusive of sales goal, sales efficiency, operating margin, and customer service metrics
- Develop and recommend advertising strategies aimed to improve overall effectiveness of team, regularly coach and mentor team members on best-in-class sales practices
- Clearly communicate the advertising progress of monthly/quarterly sales targets to internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain consultative business relationships with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) for advertising partners
Role Requirements
- 8-10 years in an advertising sales or Account Management role, B2B experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field
- Experience managing a sales team of 5+ direct reports
- Experience in owning a sales pipeline and exceeding sales quotas
- Knowledgeable about AdTech, MarTech, Programmatic media, digital and omni-channel marketing, and personalization
- Exceptional operational skills, including experience managing strategic accounts
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ownership mindset with propensity for finding unique solutions to business challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation abilities

Salary
The annual base salary range is USD$132,000.00 - USD$220,000.00 plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
