Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to clients in a Group Home setting
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in clients' conditions
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and basic medical procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and assist with transfers and mobility
- Familiarity with Group Home systems and protocols
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
