Duties
- Lead fitness classes and provide instruction to participants in strength and conditioning classes.
- Implement safe and effective exercise programs tailored to the needs and goals of participants.
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure participant safety and maximize results.
- Provide modifications and progressions for exercises to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities.
- Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
- Educate participants on proper nutrition, hydration, and overall wellness to support their fitness journey.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or personal trainer is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science principles.
- Ability to design and implement effective exercise programs for individuals and groups.
- Experience in teaching various fitness disciplines such as strength and conditioning Group Fitness classes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate participants.
- Current certification in Group Fitness or personal training is required
