As a Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for providing direct support and therapy to individuals in a group setting. Your role will involve group counseling sessions, assessing patient needs, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in social work or behavioral health and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
***We are seeking facilitators for two groups. 1) Behavioral Health Group 2) Substance Use Group***
```Responsibilities```
- Conduct group counseling sessions
- Facilitate therapeutic activities and discussions
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in group facilitation
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in group facilitation or related role
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and therapeutic techniques
- Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
