Responsibilities:

• You must have at least two years of commercial experience in lawn care.
• Keep customers happy in providing a quality job.
• Lead your crew and ensure that the job is taken cared of in a timely manner.
• Help train new team members when they come on board.
• Maintain written documentation, as required
• Equipment maintenance
• Herbicide maintenance
• Mowing, edging, blowing, and trimming.
• Pass horticultural training programs

Job Qualifications:

• Transportation to and from field office/nursery
• Valid Drivers license
• Complete training program according to schedule
• Have 2 year prior experience
• Be able to operate all equipment efficiently

Dickerson Landscaping is looking to hire someone with a caring and responsible attitude. You must have 2 years commercial experience to apply for this position, cutting your own grass does not count. Commercial lawn care means you were paid by someone to do their lawn care. If this was a family member we will consider the experience: however homeowner equipment does not operate in the same capacity as commercial equipment. It is important you are train in a commercial setting and familiar with commercial power equipment. Please provide a cover letter explaining your experience in detail and what equipment your familiar with operating, please do not list "mower, weed eater, blower". If you do not know the commercial makes and models of said equipment; we will assume you do not have much operating time using it.

We also will take into consideration "Loyalty" (how long you have worked at any one job.) Loyalty is important to us and if you have a history of only working 3 to 6 months at a given job we will most likely over look your application.

Lastly, we are looking for people with strong observation skills and the ability to handle details, and customer satisfaction. Which is why we mention this last. If you have read to this point, chances are you are more detailed oriented than most and that is what we are looking for, so please title your cover letter with the phrase "Details are important to me." Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
