SalaryOverview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires experience in operating zero turn mowers and tractors with mowing equipment. You will be trimming mowing cleaning and whatever else is needed to maintain the grounds and property.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general groundskeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of the property
- Maintain lawns and landscapes by mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning
- Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, and pruners
- Utilize power tools such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers
- Remove debris and litter from outdoor areas on a regular basis
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features or structures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, trees, and their care requirements
- Familiarity with operating hand tools and power equipment safely
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
