Groundskeeper

```Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate power tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities:
-Coordinates daily work activities related to the upkeep of grounds
- Prioritizes and distributes work assignments to an assigned work crew
- Monitors work performance to ensure projects are completed properly and within required time frames
- trains new and existing employees regarding work assignments and policies and procedures
- Supervises and participates in landscaping activities
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
- Ability to operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Familiarity with hand tools used in landscaping work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.25 - $17.10 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
