Today we are looking for a full time / year round groundskeeper to join our TEAM at Fox Hill Glens Apartments in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

PAY: $15 an hour plus up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!

Schedule:
M-F 8 AM to 5:00 PM dayshift hours, 40 hours a week. Full time year round work.

Responsibilities:
- Tree and bush trimming, grass cutting, and care of property grounds
- Ensuring property and all public interior and exterior areas on site are clear and clean
- Spring and fall cleanup projects
- Maintenance, care, and inventory of all grounds-work and housekeeping related equipment
- Assist maintenance staff in areas such as light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall work
- Assist maintenance staff in make readies/apartment turns
Requirements:
- General knowledge of groundskeeping, landscaping, and basic maintenance tasks
- Ability to safely operate equipment
- On call for snow removal
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process
