Job Profile Summary: Assists the Groundskeeper in landscaping and maintaining the grounds, sidewalks, driveways and parking lots.
Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

• Maintain Facility's grounds as delegated by the Groundskeeper.
  • Operate lawn-powered equipment to mow or trim grass.
  • Pickup all debris, paper cans ect. around the entire building and grounds.
  • Empty waste containers at front of building and other areas as needed.
  • Report hazards and/or potential work hazards in our facilities in order to prevent injury to self, peers, patients, and visitors.
  • May sweep sidewalks.
  • May include some hand shoveling and driving truck for clearing snow in winter months.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
• General maintenance and grounds keeping required
• Valid Driver’s License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment
• Department of Transportation Certified required

Medium Work:
Lifting weight Up to 50 lbs. occasionally, Up to 25 lbs. frequently
