Grounds Patrol Officer

Responsibilities:
- Patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner
- Provide assistance to individuals in need, including medical emergencies or accidents
- Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and actions taken

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum age: 21 years*.

High school graduation or state approved G.E.D. equivalent*. High school diplomas from foreign countries will not be accepted.

Licensed to drive* and a good driving record.

Must be in good physical and psychological condition to perform the essential job functions.

The following may be disqualifying:

a) Felony or numerous misdemeanor convictions.
b) Unstable or unsatisfactory work history.
c) History of illegal drug usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,959.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Rotating shift
