Grocery Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations and ensuring its success. This is a leadership role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent team management abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices
- Familiarity with inventory management techniques

Salary: $19.00 - $22.50 per hour
