Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the grocery store shelves, displays, and aisles to ensure a neat and organized shopping environment.
- Use an RF scanner to track inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Assist customers with locating products and provide excellent customer service.
- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks.
- Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain freshness.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move and transport goods.
- Use basic retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and change for customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to coordinate tasks and resolve any issues.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or retail sales environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
