Job Description:

Embark on a dynamic retail journey as a Grocery Associate at Seed to Table! Be the essential force in maintaining our diverse grocery selection, ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Your responsibilities span from providing top-notch customer service and efficient checkout experiences to contributing to a clean and organized shopping environment. Your role as a Grocery Associate will include working the evening/ closing shift from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, ensuring the store is properly maintained and ready for the next day's operations.

Essential Qualifications:

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

• Passion for creating exceptional grocery experiences, ensuring fresh and delightful displays for our customers.
• Possess extensive knowledge in grocery products, emphasizing a discerning eye for quality.
• Collaborative spirit to positively contribute to the grocery team, cultivating a harmonious work environment for fellow Grocery Associates.
• Communicates effectively for seamless collaboration with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Thrives in a dynamic grocery environment, adept at navigating changes for outstanding shopping experience.
• Previous experience in grocery/ retail/ stocking is preferred.
• Proficient in English, with additional proficiency in Spanish considered a valuable asset.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
