A coffee company that grinds, and packages more than 50 million pounds of coffee a year is adding a Grinder Operator to their team!
This company roasts and packages its coffee—everything is done in-house. So as a Grinder Operator, you're responsible for grinding coffee beans, ensuring quality standards, and recording accurate production information.
The Grinder Operator role is full-time, temporary-to-hire, and multiple openings are available on 2nd & 3rd Shift.
Grinder Operator Job Duties:
- Operates grinding machines and other machines for Coffee Production
- Maintain accurate records and inventory on a computerized system
- Service equipment in the roasting department
- Loading coffee into the machines
Grinder Operator Requirements:
- Machine operating experience preferred
- Computer/basic data entry knowledge
- Ability to go up and down stairs throughout shift
- Ability to regularly lift/pull 50+ lbs. throughout the shift
Schedule: 2nd shift (5) 8-hour shifts. Weekend Shift (3) 12-hour shifts.
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 pm - 9:30pm Sunday to Thursday
- Wknd Shift: 6:30AM-7:00PM Friday - Sunday
Pay: $19 - $19.50/hr.
