Position Title: Grievance and Appeal Coordinator I (Remote)
Location: Remote
Expected Duration: 3+ months.
Payrate: $22/hr
Expected Start Date : 5/20
Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):
* End-to-end member grievance processing
* Outreach to member
* Letter writing
* Record in multiple Customer Interaction Documentation Systems
Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
* Dependable and available during core hours
* Process 100% every grievance received timely
* Follow all deadlines
* Professional communication with members, peers and Leadership required
