SalaryWork on Production Lines filling in areas where machines are not present. Examples would be as follows; Feeding empty containers into soil filling machines, planting on conveyors, placing hangers on baskets, loading product on production carts and unloading product from carts onto concrete floors, consolidate or move product from one area to another in the greenhouses and hang baskets from floor to cables. Labor is repetitive and physical at times. Additional duties may be assigned by management relating to the function of producing/shipping plants.

Essential Functions
- Must have the ability to count accurately and record data on paper and forms provided.
- Able to lift 30lbs
- Keep pace with co-workers or conveyors when on production lines.
- After training, be able to operate electric transport vehicles.
- Employee must be able to speak English
Compensation
Starting salary is 15.00 after 30 days .50 cent increase.
