What You Will Get To Do:
- Collaborate with multiple teams and individuals across the organization to understand their goals.
- Utilize graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite and other applications.
- Build, edit, clean up, and create presentations. From PowerPoint to infographics and everything in between.
- Bring boring graphics to life through animation, the use of images, and/or new colors and icons.
- Work directly with the sales enablement team to meet expectations and go above and beyond requirements.
- Ensure keen attention to detail in all creative work that aligns with company objectives and brand identity.
- Embrace professional development and readiness of design approaches by proactively identifying opportunities to improve skills and processes, while sharing with the broader creative team.
- Ensure timely communication between creative and stakeholders while utilizing project management tools and timely communication.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum of 5+ years of design experience working in a fast-paced creative team, design firm, or advertising agency. Financial services or tech company is preferred.
- Very familiar and experienced using graphic design tools; Adobe Creative Suite and other applications.
- Presentation and storytelling design experience with PowerPoint and other presentation design tools.
- A bonus if you have experience in all things design: from websites, collateral, logos, UX, videos, etc.; with a role-up-your-sleeves attitude to help pitch in wherever needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to influence people at all levels and guide decision-making processes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Keen aesthetic sense, creative thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
