Laundry Service is looking for a motivated and passionate Designer to flex their skills on an exciting account.
You will be building creative assets across, but not limited to, digital and social platforms.
You are a self-starter and highly collaborative. You are passionate about design and have excellent attention to detail - no pixel goes unnoticed. You love to develop visual directions but can easily take existing style guides and utilize them with craft. You are passionate about storytelling through design and your creative work.
You also enjoy social media. You understand how it works, what's trending, know all about safety guidelines when designing, and you have big ideas for how you could put your creative stamp on it!
Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing creative assets
• Strong composition skills
• Intermediate motion design skills
• A knack for picking up brands' visual identities, understanding why they work and executing them with care.
• You are a systems thinker, detail oriented, and organized
• A demonstrated passion for and understanding of social media
• Understanding of image display standards on all social platforms
• Commitment to excellence - anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Keynote

Base salary range: $64-85k plus bonus potential.
Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
