These communications will support our commercial and member marketing teams. The range of creative assets includes, but are not limited to: landing pages, proposals, sellsheets, presentations, emails, posters and social media images.
The Graphic Designer serves as a steward for the Rightway brand. For consideration for this role, we require a minimum of 5 years experience in a high-volume design environment. The right candidate will have a portfolio demonstrating how they extended existing brands into campaigns of clear, impactful, and engaging designed materials. Excellent communication abilities are considered table stakes for this role. The right candidate will be skilled at working cross-functionally and building trust internally and with clients. The ability to thrive and possess flexibility in a fast-paced environment is essential. Success in this role requires coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with others.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Collaborate with content stakeholders and subject matter experts to conceptualize and execute visual stories for presentations and other marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to produce engaging narratives through visual design elements and copywriting.
  • Create both internal and external PowerPoint presentations from the ground up, including meeting decks with business charts, graphs and visuals.
  • Extend and maintain visual design standards and practices across brand touch points.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • BFA degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • An eye for consistency and detail, combined with an understanding of branding, typography, color, use of imagery, and user experience.
  • Ability to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners.
  • Soft skills such as listening, decision making and negotiation.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • Flex your command of Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products to fully activate multiple design concepts.

EXTRA CREDIT:
  • Ability to communicate concepts with sketching and illustration skills.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Hubspot and Iterable.
  • Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut and Premiere.
  • Branding and asset management system knowledge.

BASE SALARY: $100,000-115,000
