GENERAL WORK CONDITIONS

• REMOTE Opportunity: Work hours: 35-40 hours/week
• Lunch hours- 1 hour unpaid between 12 pm and 2 pm)

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• The processor will confirm eligibility based on program criteria and recommend for approval or declination
• The processor will organize, review, and analyze applications submitted for various Community Development programs
• Works with various programs such as the Small Business Improvement Grant, Small Business Lease Grant, Child Care Facilities Improvement Grant, and others as assigned
• Address problems whendiscovered with the application by partnering with the appropriate colleagues or managers to resolve the issues, if possible.
• Throughout the process of review, the workflow is maintained in the Authority’s CRM system, which generates and stores the required documents
• The electronic filing system will be used to review, stage, and create final approval checklists and packages, as well as to send to others for input or approval

QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer Proficiency:MS Excel, MS Word
• Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Adobe

DESIRED SKILLS

• Prior experience with CRM software, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365, is highly desirable but is not mandatory
