Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part timeLead Server II to work Monday-Friday lunch shifts, 20 hours/week (additional hours available), at Grand Lodge, located at 4400 South 80th Street, Lincoln, NE 68516. Grand Lodge has 109 independent and 10 assisted living apartment homes.
This position will pay up to $17.42/hour (straight pay/no tips) plus a $1,000 Hiring Bonus (conditions apply)*. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position.
What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of this job include working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents’ needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks in a timely and appropriate manner. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community.
Skills & Requirements
One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.
