Graduate Counseling Clinical Mental Health Field Placement Director Position

The University of Mary in Bismarck, ND invites applications for the position of Clinical Mental Health (CMH) Field Placement Director in the Graduate Counseling Program in the Liffrig Family School of Education and Behavioral Sciences. This position is remote full-time faculty rank 11-month position that includes online teaching and administrative responsibilities in the Graduate Counseling Program. This position is directly responsible to the Chair of the Graduate Counseling Program.

Faculty members are expected to demonstrate a willingness to support and advance the Christian, Catholic, and Benedictine mission and identity of the University of Mary (see https://www.umary.edu/about/mission-identity).

Qualifications and Requirements Include:

Required Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision (preferably from a CACREP accredited institution)
  • Experience in teaching Graduate Counseling courses
  • Excellent communication abilities in written and verbal forms

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Licensed Professional Counselor
  • Experience in teaching Graduate Counseling courses in a CACREP accredited Graduate Counseling program
  • Experience providing counseling supervision for practicum and internship students
