Monthly Type: 11 Month
Full Time/Part Time: Part Time - Full Time Equivalency (FTE): 50%

Salary: Step 12 ($2,159.00 per month)

Job Duties:

1. Monitoring Compliance related emails.
2. Assist with administrative task such as the drafting of SOPs, and guidance of compliance documents.
3. Assist with the tracking training compliance across the Cancer Center.
4. Assist with the tracking of Cancer Center studies submitted to applicable review boards.
5. Assist in the development of education tools and resources for clinical research staff.
6. Assist in the maintenance of the compliance intranet section.
7. Perform other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. A classified University of Hawaii at Manoa graduate student (new or continuing). Good academic standing (3.0 GPA or above).
2. Competent in general computer programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
4. Applicant needs to be able to work independently and reliably as a team. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
5. Flexible and willingness to learn new skills.
