Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Collaborate with project team members to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and RFIs
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog or ProCore
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Experience supervising and managing subcontractors and construction crews
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Understanding of contract administration and negotiation
Utility and site work experience is a must
