Responsibilities
- Develop performance analysis tools involving instrumenting GPU runtime libraries, GPU shader code and performance models; along with defining and reading HW performance counters.
- Build infrastructure to automate gathering of performance data and other critical information across a diverse set of application from performance models and silicon.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers and leads to build performance dashboards for convenient data analysis and visualization.
- Help in creating presentation materials related to GPU performance for executives, senior management and architects.
- Participate in development of pre-silicon Performance Tools and automation infrastructure to support architecture design and performance analysis.
What we would like to see
- 5+ years managing technical engineers of 5 or more people
- Experience in parallel computing performance analysis
- Knowledgeable in GPU architectures, runtimes and programing models
- Experience in Performance Tool development, GPU compute runtime API (rocm or CUDA) and dependency graphs
- Programming experience in scripting languages, C/C++ and parallel programming
- Strong communication and data organization skills through presentations, excel and document organization/automation.
- Must be proficient in English verbal and written communication skills
- Must have good teamwork and interpersonal skills to work with groups in US, China and India
