Gps Dozer Operator (Heavy Civil/Commercial/Residential Sitework)

Tiello has partnered with a leading Heavy Civil Contractor who is looking for a GPS Dozer Operator to oversee the construction of commercial sitework projects valued anywhere from $10MM - $25MM in the Charlotte, NC area.

Title: GPS Dozer Operator (Commercial/Residential Sitework)

Project Types: Commercial and Multi-Family Sitework

Responsibilities:

• Operate bulldozers to move earth, rocks, and other materials according to project specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on bulldozers, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
• Collaborate with construction crew members to coordinate work activities and ensure project deadlines are met
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment at all times

Qualifications:

• Proficient in operating various heavy equipment, including bulldozers, loaders, dump trucks, graders, and backhoes
• Experience with Caterpillar bulldozers is preferred
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
