Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree. Training and professional certification from National Property Management Association (NPMA) or other related professional development association preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers' missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.
With a solid understanding of Government Property regulations, you'll administer property control program activities to ensure accountability of company and/or Government Property in accordance with applicable company policy and government regulations. Basically, as the Senior Government Property Specialist, you'll be expected to act as a liaison between DCMA/DOD Agencies and the company. You'll also perform compliance audits of government/customer-owned property and initiate corrective actions with the appropriate departments for discrepancies. We'll also rely on you to participate in supplier evaluations and audits of supplier (vendor, subcontractor) facilities where government and/or customer-owned property is assigned through the company.

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree
  • Training and professional certification from National Property Management Association (NPMA) or other related professional development association preferred
  • Understanding of IFS and highly proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications

Salary Note
This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Combined Salary Range
USD $76,000.00 - USD $82,000.00 /Yr.
