Job description

Principal Duties
  • Prepares mortgage document binder for Homeownership Operation Centers
  • Manages timeframes on sending insurance application to government agencies
  • Handles document deficiencies with internal branches
  • Manages report data on outstanding loans in process
  • Records and tracks MIC's received
  • Handles USDA and VA Loan Note Guarantee's
  • Other duties as directed.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ year's of Government Insuring experience.
  • 3+ years of mortgage experience is preferred.

Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements
  • Knowledge of government mortgage documents
  • Detailed oriented able to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Team oriented with ability to interact within and outside of the organization
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with quality in a fast-paced environment
