Government Insuring Specialist

To review government loans to ensure that they meet the applicable government guidelines (FHA, VA, and USDA), to communicate professionally any discrepancies discovered, and to endorse government loans through the applicable agency electronic interface.

• Government loan review
• Loan endorsement
• Communicate professionally
• FHA Holder/Servicer transfers
• FHA/VA binder submission
• MIC/LGC/LNG delivery
• MIC/LGC corrections
• Any other task as assigned by management
