Overview
Medix is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Government Follow-Up Representative Team Lead. We are in search of a dedicated Team Lead to oversee our team specializing in government payers. The Team Lead will act as a liaison between the Government Follow-up representatives and the billing supervisor. The Team Lead will be responsible for compiling a weekly report reflecting the team's performance. Coordination with our vendors is crucial. We emphasize the importance of prior Government Follow-up experience, and though lead experience is preferred, extensive government experience is equally valued.
Pay: $24-26/hr
Shifts:
- Mon-Fri: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Mon-Fri: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
On-site during the contract period (hybrid after contract)

Training:
Successful candidates will undergo 5 days of EPIC training, followed by hands-on billing and follow-up training.
