pstrongResponsibilities/strong:/pulliGWS Plugin Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend components of Google Workspace plugins that integrate seamlessly with Google Workspace apps and services./liliAPI Integration: Integrate external APIs and services into Google Workspace plugins to extend functionality and deliver added value to users./liliQuality Assurance: Write unit tests in Jest to ensure the reliability and stability of backend code./liliCLASP Tool Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using the clasp tool to write and manage code in Google Appscript, enabling efficient development and version control./liliAppscript Development: Utilize Appscript to create custom functions and automate processes within Google Workspace./liliCollaboration: Collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly plugin experience./liliDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend code, including APIs and integration points./li/ulpstrongBasic Qualifications:/strong/pulliBachelor#39;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master#39;s degree is a plus./lili6+ years of proven experience as a Backend Engineer with a strong focus on GWS plugin development./liliProficiency in JavaScript, with experience in building backend components for web applications./liliStrong experience with clasp (Google Apps Script command-line tool) and Appscript for Google Workspace./liliKnowledge of Jest or similar testing frameworks for unit testing./liliFamiliarity with API integration and web services, including RESTful APIs./liliProblem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail./liliExcellent communication and teamwork abilities./liliSelf-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment./li/ulpThis is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $62.07/hour-$82.76/hour/ppBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K/ppnbsp;/p
