Responsibility:

 Make drinks (bubble tea/ slushes/ fruit tea, etc.)

 Taking orders and processing orders. Orders are coming from in-store customers and online ordering services. Occasionally, we have special and big orders.

 Providing informative solutions to customer questions about our products.

 Kitchen duty including cooking bubbles/teas, and making toppings.

 Store opening and closing. You will have open/closing shift. You have to follow store’s protocols on store opening and store closing. You will be, after predetermined time, required to be independently open, and lead closing.

 And others.

Qualifications:

 Be 16 years or older.

 Fluent in English.

 Have work authorization/employment eligibility in US.

 Be able to work on open shift (9AM) and closing shift (10PM).

 Work experience with other Gong Cha/ Kung Fu Tea/ Vivi Bubble Tea/ TBaar / or other bubble tea brands is preferred.

 Ability to speak mandarin is plus
