SUMMARY

The Golf Staff position assists in the day to day running of golf courses and amenities. They will ensure that the needs of members and non-members are met by delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:

• Open & Close Pro Shop.
• Operate Computer System.
• Responsible for completing all sales including multi-play card sales.
• Responsible for Tee Time Reservations & Log.
• Issue an invoice to each walker, riding player & twosomes as required.
• Count Bank & complete Daily Balance Sheet, CC Report, Review & Closing Report.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

The Golf Staff position has no supervisory responsibilities

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This job operates in an outdoor setting on a golf course. Employees will spend most of their day outdoors with varying weather conditions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.

TRAVEL:

No travel is expected for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED.

Previous golf course experience.

Computer literacy.
