Golf Shop Attendant

Professional Golf Shop Attendant/Merchandiser

Full Time

o 36-40 hours per week

o four days per week, 7:30 – 5:00

o Availability seven days a week and holidays

Responsibilities:

o Duties will include outside golf operations and merchandising

Shop Operations

· Provide customer service at the counter including answering the phone and in-person inquiries

· Maintain a daily, weekly and seasonal tee sheet

· Use Golf Genius Tournament management software to assist with tournament operations.

· Use NorthStar POS system to bill members.

· Use Excel and Word as needed to support golf operations

· Assist as needed with outside operations.

· Other duties as specified by the Director of Golf, and Head Golf Professional

Merchandising

· Maintain accurate records for special orders including soft and hard goods

· Ensure the Golf Shop is stocked with inventory, is neat and clean, inventory is displayed properly.

· Execute monthly physical inventory counts and able problem solve to research discrepancies.

· Receive and label merchandise when it arrives.

· Assist Head Golf Professional and Director of Golf in ordering seasonal inventory and maintaining par levels.

Expected Pay

• $19 per hour
• Not a tipping facility
