Skill:
Able to communicate and listen, use English fluently.
Ability to maintain a clean and professional pro shop.
Time management.
Have a positive attitude, show the willingness to go the extra mile.
Knowledge of golf products.
Knowledge of Wianno Club services.
Effort:
Medium- Walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Work Conditions:
Level 2- Mostly indoors, air conditioning, variable schedule based on business demands.
Duties:
Meet and greet all guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Communicate in a clear and professional manner.
Assist guests in playing the course.
Ensure pro shop is stocked with merchandise in a presentable fashion.
Coordinate with Outside Services to maintain a consistent level of cart availability.
Communicate to Outside Services about any changes to the tee sheet or any updates that need to be addressed on the course.
Work with Assistant Golf Professionals in set up and execution of tournaments and outings.
Participate in required employee orientations and meetings.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
