We're searching for a superstar Shop Assistant to join our fun and family-friendly crew at Skylinks at Buchanan Fields! In this role, you'll be the ultimate teammate, helping people of all experience levels get into the game of golf – all with a smile!
Here's what makes this gig a hole-in-one:
- Be the Friendliest Face in Golf: You'll help run the show in the Pro Shop! From helping newbies hit the range for the first time to checking in seasoned players, you'll ensure everyone feels welcome and equipped to have a fantastic day.
- Proactive Customer Service Champion: We're all about exceeding expectations! You'll anticipate golfer needs, answer questions before they're asked, and go the extra mile to create a truly memorable experience.
- Sell the Golf Dream (and the Gear!): You'll handle everything from selling tickets for the driving range and refreshing beverages to promoting the latest community events.
- Create the Good Vibe Soundtrack: We believe good music goes hand-in-hand with good golf! You'll help curate a fun and inviting atmosphere in the Pro Shop.
- Team Player Power: Collaborate with your fellow fun-loving teammates to create a winning atmosphere (and maybe even crush some sales goals together). We're a close-knit crew who genuinely enjoy working together (and maybe hitting a few balls after work – perks!).
- Bonus Round - Free Golf! Because who doesn't love hitting the links after work (or before!)

- Can-Do Attitude and a Smile that's Infectious: We're a fun and friendly bunch, but we also GET STUFF DONE. If you're a hard worker who thrives in a positive environment, you'll fit right in.
- Ability to Work Efficiently in a Fast-Paced Environment: Things can get busy on the weekends, so the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile is a plus.
- Bonus points for previous retail or customer service experience and cash handling skills We're open to the right fit, but these skills will definitely give you a leg up!

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
