Willows Run Golf Course is one of the busiest public Golf Courses in Pacific North West.

Boasting record of 238,000 visitors in 2023. Company is growing steadily for the last 5 years and expanding into next Golf Courses. We are looking for mechanic who is looking to grow with us personally as well as the organization. Company can only grow as much, and as fast as the number of right people we have. We have certification wage increase, education fund to fund your accreditation such as CTEM. We'd like to grow with you. We are very fast growing company who put emphasis on people. Job Specification and Expected Competency

Goals : Fairway units…..........Grinding reels 1/3 month, Backlap 1/3 weeks

Tee units……...............Grinding reels 1/3 months,Backlap 1/2 weeks

Greens units…........ Grinding reels 1/1 month, Backlap 1/1weeks

Necessary task: Daily check & Adjust reels/ Daily paper cut test

Skills: Experience and knowledge of sharpening tools/machines

Goals - 30 to 40 machine oil changed twice a year

30 to 40 machine must greased according to manuals

Necessary task - Keep the record of next inspection/service date on the machine

Skills - Planning, staying ahead of the game, sence of urgency (Deal Breaker)Reliable fixing/diagnose/repairing skills.

Goals - Clean maintenance of the mechanics room/Must be clean and check on daily basis.

Necessary task - put away all the tools at the end of the day/ sweeping the floors daily

Skills - Preparation, organization which also leads to timely delivery of machines for the next day (Deal Breaker)

Goals - Thoroughly following up and supervising how staff use, clean, maintain the machine. Must be persistent until the staff understands completely.

Necessary task - Sharpening reels, hooking up the machine, preventative maintenance training to key employees how to clean the machine and use them.

Skills - Teamwork - Doing whatever that needs to be done beyond your job responsibility to help out the team

Working as Golf Course Mechanic.

Record keeping of all preventative maintenance

keeping an Inventory of parts, supplies, oil, battery, belts,tires bearings

Fabrication, welding

Improving buildings such as gutter, doors, pipes, DIY

Hydrolics, electrical diagnosis

Golf carts servicing

Fuel monitoring and ordering

Ocassional mowing in emergency

Compensations Pay rates: $120,000

Overtime Expectation:

From May - Oct, Mon - Thu 5 am - 3 pm, Fri 5 am - 11 am, Sat 5 am - 9 am

From Nov - Mar, 5 days a week, 40 - 45 hours a week. Sunday Monday off

From Mid December - mid January, would be recommended to take vacations for continuous 2 weeks or more.

Education : CTEM applicant preferred, education fully compensated.

GCSAA trade show education fully compensated.

Relocation : Fully compensated

Certification Bonus : Once acquiring CTEM certification, $10K added to annual salary.

Bonus : Yes. $10K with the same result as 2023. Bonus based on department performance.

Health insurance: Included for self only (Dependents self pay)

Dental and vision: Included for self only (Dependents self pay)

Annual salary evaluation: March every year

Annual Profit sharing: January every year

Vacation pay: 120 hours accruals

Sick pay: 52 hours per year

Location Expectation: Live or willing to relocate Within 10 miles radius of Golf Course.
