Golf Course Cart Attendant

Role and Responsibilities

Member services – Big Spring Country Club is a member owned country club where the expectation is the highest level of service to be offered in these three specific areas:

· Driving Range

· Bag Room/Cart Barn

· Podium – Member communication

Each of these areas are extremely important within the golf operations of the club. The expectation is to manage these areas while keeping them clean, organized, and running effectively. The three most important things needed to be a great employee at Big Spring Country Club is:

1. Coming to work with a good, ready to learn attitude

2. Being eager to serve the needs of our members and their guests at a high level

3. Being efficient and effective at daily task requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Must have a drivers license (or permit)
Preferred Skills
Adequate communication skills
Additional Notes Big Spring Country Club has a high level of expectations for the outside staff operations. If expectations are not met there continuously, termination will always be an option. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
