Golf Club Food & Beverage Associate - Snack Bar & Beverage Cart

Whip-Poor-Will Golf Club is seeking individuals to join our Food & Beverage team for the 2024 season! The Food & Beverage team assists with bartending, cooking menu items, and working the Beverage Cart.

We have a great 9 hole golf course, minutes from downtown Nashua and I-93, the Whip is perfect for a quick 9 and lunch. Leagues Monday-Friday. Which together make for a very busy and exciting work environment!

REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, and/or at a Golf Course is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to perform critical job tasks, and limit mistakes, under pressure

- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business

- Available to work a variety of hours, which include early mornings, evenings, weekends

- Must be at least 18 years of age

DUTIES

The duties of the Snack Bar Associate include:

- Preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with company policies.

- Serving soft drinks, beer and mixed drinks in accordance with company policies.

- Maintains proper level of stock in work area at all times. Includes lifting cases of beer/food from cooler.

- Maintains quality of food and cleanliness of surrounding area at all times.

- Perform all required opening and closing duties.

- Beverage Cart shifts (loading up product and operating the Beverage Cart)

- Work as a team to ensure food and beverages are always stocked and ready for the fun and exciting rushes!

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly
