Job Title: Golf Bag Room Attendant

Our golf club is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Golf Bag Room Attendant to join our team. As a Golf Bag Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests by assisting them with their golf bags, cleaning their golf clubs, and ensuring that our golf carts are detailed and clean.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist golfers with their golf bags and provide them with any necessary assistance
• Clean member and guests golf clubs after their round
• Provide detailed and clean golf carts for members and guests
• Pick the driving range and stock it throughout the day
• Maintain a clean and organized bag room area
• Ensure that all golf equipment is properly stored and accounted for
• Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure a seamless golf experience for our members and guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Knowledge of golf and golf equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
