As a Gogo Summer 2024 Intern: Manual Test Engineering you will contribute to the test automation of systems built an AWS infrastructure and learn the fundamentals software testing. The experience will provide the right candidate with a well-rounded testing experience as well as an introduction to the operations of an aircraft engineering organization.

How will you make a difference and learn?
Depending on your skills and experience, you will have the opportunity to:

• Hands-on test software deployed on various types of systems
• Work in an environment that utilizes the Scrum Agile development methodology
• Learn how to write and execute test cases as well as testing processes
• If you have experience with Java, Groovy or Selenium you will have the opportunity to work with our automation team developing test programs and test cases

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelor'sDegree in ComputerEngineering, ComputerScience, Science or related field
• You must be enrolled in an accredited school
• This is a paid summer internship that requires an average availability of 40 hour per week

Preferred Skills, Academic Experience and Talents

• Exposure to testing software applications
• Programming experience with Java, Groovy or Selenium
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting
• Willingness to learn business process and the systems that support them such as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool or an Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) tool.

This paid internship requires an average availability of 40 hours per week during the summer of 2024 in Gogo BA's main office located in Broomfield, CO. Interns are full-fledged members of the team -engaged from day one through structured training, mentorship, a diverse set of experiences, a network of peers across the company, and leadership opportunities. Our internship program is designed to provide exposure to real, complex operational projects in which you will be working with a variety of people in different business functions. Ideal candidates are top-performing students who excel at analytic problem solving and have a desire to re-engineer processes, quantify business impacts, and be part of major corporate initiatives.
Not located in Colorado? No problem! Gogo Business Aviation will provide a $2,500 stipend to assist with your living expenses during your internship. This one-time sign on bonus will be paid in the first payroll following your start date.
