Successful GNC Franchise in Washington, PA looking for full time Assistant Manager.

Retail experience is preferred, with a focus on sales and customer service.  Must be engaging and demonstrate an interest in helping people achieve their fitness, health, and wellness goals.  This role is critical to help maintain an atmosphere to provide the best customer experience at all times.

Responsibilties:

--To assist the manager in store operations, inventory control, and sales/profit goals. 

--To receive, check, and shelve merchandise.

--To interact with customers and sell merchandise according to GNC standards. 

--Keep store clean and uncluttered.

--Perform register and store open/close functions.

Requires strong interpersonal skills and ethical behavior to manage the company's assets.

Excellent customer service skills to develop a relationship selling culture.
