- Championing operations and placing systems to create a thriving gathering place within the community
- Inspiring and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Hiring, training, and developing team members
- Monitoring expenses/financials and growing the impact of your store

- Growing the business to become a Franchise Partner and taking ownership of your career
What You Will Receive:
