We are looking for a Global Insights, Analytics and Forecasting Director to provide leadership and strategic direction and deliver a competitive advantage through the application of end-to-end insights, analytics, and forecast support across the Global markets for Tozorakimab, a phase III biologic with multiple indications in the respiratory space. This role is critical for enabling success in the growth of our business, empowering our Commercial teams through the generation of compelling evidence and insights. Accountabilities:
As a Global Insights, Analytics and Forecasting Director, your mission is to improve the quality of the decisions made for the product through the provision of exceptional market, customer and competitor insights, analytics and forecasting support. You will lead the development and integration of foundational insights and analyses underpinning the global brand strategy. Through a close partnership with the Global and US Brand Teams and a strong understanding of the therapy area, you will translate the team’s insight gaps into the correct questions, and—with a technical expertise in research design and interpretation—generate the relevant responses. This role requires excellent communication skills and a demonstrated track record of effective business partnership with across multiple stakeholders.

Essential Skills/Experience:
  • 7+ years analytical experience in the BioPharmaceuticals Industry
  • Experience in conducting global qualitative and quantitative market research across different
stakeholder groups (e.g., HCPs, patients, and payers)
  • Proven ability to conduct analytics using secondary data sources (IQVIA, Komodo, Prognos, Premier - Chargemaster, patient level data) and performance tracking
  • Strategic and critical thinking with the ability to engage, build and maintain credibility with Commercial, Medical, and RWE teams.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence laterally and vertically
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of simultaneous projects, timelines, and priorities with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Capability in applying and deploying deep technical skills and knowledge across IA&F functional areas
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment
  • Elite written and verbal communication skills
  • Occasional travel may be required

Desirable Skills/Experience:
  • Experience in application of advanced methods and statistical procedures on large and
disparate datasets with a focus in the hospital setting
  • Proficiency in manipulating and extracting insights from large longitudinal data sources,
such as claims, EMR and other patient level data sets
  • Prior global launch experience
Educational requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commercial or Scientific related field of study
  • An advanced degree is preferred (Master’s, MBA or PhD)
