Total Rewards Analyst

If so,as a Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract, engage, and retain top talent. Working closely with key SmartBear leaders, you will lead all aspects of the Total Rewards cycle, from benefits enrollment to compensation planning, while partnering with diverse stakeholders across the organization to design and implement innovative solutions that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities: 

Compensation: 

  • Support and administer all compensation processes, including merit and bonus. 
  • Partner in the development and implementation of competitive compensation programs. 
  • Analyze market data and identify pay trends. 
  • Recommend and implement process improvements. 
  • Support talent acquisition on compensation matters. 
  • Evaluate job descriptions for alignment and compliance. 
  • Guide People & Culture peers in developing total reward solutions. 

 
Benefits: 

  • Manage and administer all benefit plans, including annual open enrollment. 
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure maximum value. 
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations. 
  • Develop and implement communications strategies to educate employees about benefits. 
  • Interpret plan documents and apply terms for accurate administration. 
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage leaves of absence in accordance with state and federal laws. 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 5 years of Total Rewards experience. 
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), SPHR/SHRM-CP, or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and data manipulation skills. 
  • Deep understanding of benefits administration and relevant regulations. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  • Strong project and vendor management skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
