As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. The Sustainability Industry Driver works w/ the Sustainability Industry Lead & Industry Execs to: Determine & drive sustainability services growth; Create industry specific thought leadership & sustainability campaigns; Bring sustainability angle to industry events; Fulfill asks from the platform team; Determine best approach to distribute key materials to account teams; Refresh playbook materials; and, Identify strategic opportunities. Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 6 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader: Building & managing relationships with other functions and the business, across a global network, including effectively managing a matrixed organization; Demonstrating Industry & Sustainability knowledge (or upskilling plan); Utilizing analytical skills & attention to detail to support Sustainability Industry leads' strategic priorities; Communicating with leadership & key account team members; and, Collaborating with Industry Execs, Industry Programs team, Go-to-Market & other Global Sustainability platform teams.
